Most custom rings take 4-6 weeks from your first conversation to delivery. About a week for the design and CAD revisions, and three to five weeks for the actual build, casting, and finishing. If you have a hard deadline like an engagement or anniversary, tell us up front and we will let you know honestly whether we can hit it.

Custom pieces start in the low-to-mid four figures and scale based on the metal, the stones, and how intricate the setting is. Once we see your inspiration and hear your budget, we will quote a real number — not a vague range. There is no charge to get a quote.

You send us your inspiration — Pinterest boards, screenshots, an AI-generated image, even a rough sketch. We turn that into a 3D CAD model you can rotate and review. We refine until you approve the design, then we build the piece and ship it to you.

Yes, always. Every custom piece goes through a CAD review before any metal is cut. You see exactly what you are getting and can request changes — different prong style, wider band, larger center stone — before we commit to the build.

Two rounds of CAD revisions are included in every custom build. Most clients only need one — the inspiration usually translates cleanly. If we need more revisions because the vision is still evolving, we keep going; we want you to love it before we cast.

We have not had this happen because the CAD step prevents surprises. If something is genuinely wrong — a stone is loose, a setting is off, the metal is the wrong tone — we fix it. Custom pieces are not returnable for a refund, but we stand behind the work.

Absolutely. Heirloom stones, an old ring you want reset, a diamond from a family piece — all of it works. Bring it to us and we will tell you whether it can be re-used safely and what it would cost to incorporate.

14k and 18k yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold are the most common. We also work with platinum for clients who want maximum durability and a brighter white than white gold gives you. We do not currently work with sterling silver for fine pieces — it does not hold up under daily wear the way gold does.

We ship anywhere in the US, fully insured. Most consultations happen by email and video — we do not need to meet you in person to design your piece. International shipping is possible but adds customs and insurance complexity, so reach out and we will sort the logistics together.
